Refund Policy

All our desserts at Sweet Sequel are handmade in small batches using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund and no-replacement policy under the following circumstances:

No Refund / No Replacement

If chocolate-based products melt during transit due to weather or storage issues.
If the product is not refrigerated immediately upon delivery.
If the product is consumed past the recommended shelf life (typically 4–6 days depending on the product).

Refund/Replacement May Be Considered If:

The product is damaged upon delivery (must be reported within 2 hours of receiving with photos).
The wrong item is delivered.
