Refund Policy

All our desserts at Sweet Sequel are handmade in small batches using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund and no-replacement policy under the following circumstances:

No Refund / No Replacement

  • If chocolate-based products melt during transit due to weather or storage issues.

  • If the product is not refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

  • If the product is consumed past the recommended shelf life (typically 4–6 days depending on the product).

Refund/Replacement May Be Considered If:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery (must be reported within 2 hours of receiving with photos).

  • The wrong item is delivered.
