Welcome to Sweet Sequel. By placing an order with us or browsing our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Product Disclaimer

  • All desserts are handmade, plant-based, and free of preservatives.

  • We use pure chocolate, which is sensitive to temperature. Melting during delivery or storage is a natural occurrence and not considered a product defect.

  • Products should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt and consumed within the shelf life mentioned with each item.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • Payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, or other options as provided.

  • Pre-orders are essential, and we usually require 24–48 hours to prepare your items fresh.

3. Delivery

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or replacements unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The item was damaged upon arrival and reported within 2 hours of delivery (with photo evidence).

5. Storage Instructions

  • All products must be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

  • Items should be consumed within 4–6 days, depending on the product.

  • Sweet Sequel is not responsible for any spoilage due to improper storage.

6. Allergies

  • Although our products are plant-based, they may contain nuts, seeds, gluten, and other allergens.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to review the ingredient list before purchase. We are not liable for any allergic reactions.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including product names, descriptions, images, and branding, is the property of Sweet Sequel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

8. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion if we are unable to fulfill them due to operational or logistic constraints.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to those changes.
